Shipping policy

We excise delivery charges on your orders . 

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in gwalior, mp. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

 

Delivery for Prepaid Orders:

5-7 working days for Metro cities

8-12 working days for Non-metro cities

 

Cash on Delivery Orders:

3-5 working days for Metro cities

5-7 working days for Non-metro cities

Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday.  

Merchandise should be marked for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please recommend an option i.e. a relative, associate, neighbor, and so on. Beatking herbal  takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. 

Beatking herbal is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
